Hi, Over the Christmas holidays, you know how it is - there's chocolate and sweets and all sorts of yummy things in the cupboards. Well I seem to have eaten my way through it all and have put on a bit of weight. I do gymnastics and my coach pretty much kicks us out if we put on too much weight. So can anyone sugest a way I can get it off really quickly or a the very least slim down a bit. Thanks. Nicole x

There is no quick way to lose weight, but if you're really that worried about it, I would just work out for about thirty minutes every day to tone up.
