I want to make my PC hotter. The fans blow out too much cold air!

What can I do (OC'd my gfx card and processor to the max already)

Why do you want to make your computer hotter? the fans are there for a reason: to stop the system overheating and blowing.

Why not modify a water cooling system to work like an old fashioned radiator?  Pump hot water through the system.
