suggest vitamins and types of food please. And would lifting and excersise help? I just wanna be nice n buff and weighing 160 again I am hovering around 140. So suggest vitamins and stuff.

Fast food for instant weight

Lots of protein if you want to buff up. Eat at least 3000kcals a day, lots of milk, cheese, meat, eggs, fish, yoghurt and also carbs like potato, pasta and rice, bread etc. Yes, if you want to be muscly and not fat, exercise will also be needed: crunches, sit ups, weights, walking, stuff like that. Swimming gives a hot body too.
