I'm gaining weight on the scale- however with my diet excersize plan, i've been able to fit back into my old jeans, where my old clothes, been getting compliments up the yazoo, I look better and feel better. until i get on the scale and realize theres a net gain of 10 pounds BMI was already overweight- my docter will yell at me

erm maybe your gaining weight in a different place thats why the scales are picking it up, so maybe its leg/arm muscle rather than on the tummy.

If your shape is healthier that makes a difference. Muscle burns more calories than fat so give it a bit of time and the muscle you have built up will quickly enable you to lose fat

You're gaining weight in muscle, losing it in fat. Muscle is heavier then fat, but it will burn off more fat, so you'll end up getting skinnier.
