do you mean you're dieting to be hot for a crush? that is in a sense bad. that just says that after you've been with someone long enough, you'll just let yourself go again.

crash diets are cruise control for failure. setting up a permanent, healthy diet and exercise plan is the best way to go if you're looking for long term results, and make you seem less idiotic.

in my opinion, i think its really your choice, but then again, if your doing this under the influence of someone elses opinion, i would just tell them to lay off and go do something else, besides putting down people.

So one... changing yourself for a boy is a bad idea. if he really was the right person then he wouldnt be bothered about your weight.. i dont think you should be either, as long as you are not overweight you are fine. and skipping meals is stupid. if you dont eat it slows down your metabolism and takes longer to burn off the fat. eat your 3 meals a day and excerise for an hour! hope i helped x

To lose weight, you must exercise excessively for more than thirty minutes... I would say an hour because your body uses the calories in you for the first 20-30 minutes and after that, starts using stored fat and protein. I would also NOT recommend eating so little. It's best to eat a few small meals throughout the day than any big meals. And if you are not consuming enough calories and nutrients, when you lose your weight and get back to normal eating, you will gain it all back and then some. When losing weight, you want to change your lifestyle and keep it that way for the rest of your life if you want long-term results.

you should eat a good breakfast like you are doing, then a smaller dinner and not a lot for tea, plus exercise. it's better to eat less as you go throughout the day because your body won't store it the same.
