Resting: 60-72 bpm Standing: 70-90bpm usually closer to 90 though After going up a flight of stairs:126bpm is this normal?

also have really bad anxiety, and a heart condition but im not restricted to physical activity in anyway

Well I do know how to medically diagnose someone but I dont want to take away from the people who spend 10 years doing that, soo talk to a doctor besides that...if you have anxiety it depends what it is about and when it triggers, if the anxiety doesnt factor in then you need to list more symptoms and explain what kind of heart condition you have. Do you have Aortic Dissection Cardiac Arrhythmia Myocardial Infarction Dilated or Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy the list goes on, I know what each of these are and a explaination for them but really i just posted them in the hopes you have seen a doctor and maybe heard one of these words or another not yet listed word to help explain things.

If you are just walking up the stairs and not running, and your heart rate jumps up that high.. then that isn't very healthy. I remember my resting heart rate was like 75. I dont know, it's really difficult for me to raise my heart rate above 175.
