I dunno how much dancing does for you exercise-wise, but you should probably do even more cardio. Swimming helps a lot.

Well, you could take the cheap way and cut off a limb or your head... but I don't suggest that. Um, try exercising more. Going for a jog and stuff, while maintaining your present diet. Just wait about half an hour after you eat, and then work out.

what does vegan mean?

The fact that you are vegetarian makes your diet different from people who are not; and get their fats from meat and whatnot. Depending on the type of vegetarian that you are you need to talk to a nutritionist and work a good diet for you that satisfies all your need and doesn't only consist in veggies and some other things.

Psychology basics: Heavier people overestimate their exercise and underestimate calorite intake, to make themselves feel better (that they "aren't" hurting their body) Eat less, and excercise for real. DO NOT make up for exercise. Running a mile only burns 100 calories. That is 4 miles a twix bar, 3 miles per energy bar. Run, situps, and recognize by eating, you're defeating that hard work

More cardiovascular exercise. You need to exercise in your target heart rate zone.
