The 9800 is essentially two 9600s on one card. Its got an integrated SLI, and just has two graphics processors, both of which are the same model used on the 9600. It shares the vRAM though. Two 9600s wouldnt go quite as good though, because they loose some of the power trying to line it up in the drivers. Just do a quick google search for "Parental control firefoz plugins" and choose one that has the features best suited to you.
