So as much as I would love do deny it...I can't it has been one year to the day that I have been bulimic.  I started out a size 9/10 and am now a 3/4.  At first I thought it was an easy way to loose weight, but now I realize that I am slowly killing my self.  My heart beats irregularly, I have acid reflex, I am in the dentist office every month, my relationships have suffered, my depression has worsened to indescribable heights.  I just don't know what to do anymore.

I have tried quitting, but I can't go longer than a week without being bulimic.  And when my heart was broken my the man who promised to help and love me it only got worse.  When he said "Ale my baby, I'm so sorry I love you" I believed him.  But I guess I should have expected him to break my heart.

I'm tired of being the bosses perfect daughter, that has to get the perfect grades and look perfect 24/7.  I just can't any more!

Stop, you are perfect just the way you are.

if your'e a size 3/4, if you're having bad teeth, if you have acid reflex, you're not perfect.

Then again, no one is.

Seek professional help. There's a pill that supresses the need.

I was the same way when I was diagnosed with as anorexic. I still haven't excepted the fact that I am either. I'm in the doctors office once a week for weigh ins and blood work. I went from a size 12 to a size 5/6 in like a month and  a half (maybe 2 months).

Go to a doctor and explain this to them. There are counselling services and medications that will help you. If you dont want to talk to anyone in person there are helplines in this site that you can phone and get support and advice from.
It will be difficult, but not everyone who helps you will abandon you no matter how much it feels that way at the moment. You have already made a massive step in the rigt direction by recognising that you have a problem and beginning to identify what might be causing it (pressure and low mood/ self confidence). The next step is finding someone who can help you. If you have any supportive family members who are stable and good listeners, try approaching them for some support and help to put you on the right path. It makes it more difficult for yourself if you try and do it alone, so please go to a doctor and ask for some help.
It might take some effort, some time and some failed attempts, but with the right people helping you, you will make it.
Good luck hun.
