Are your doses consistent? -- Posted by twisted420 at 2:48 pm on Dec. 31, 2008 hydro, oxy heroin yes same dosage each time roughly for each different opiate -- Posted by pInKiE at 2:54 pm on Dec. 31, 2008 It can be a general side-effect of opiods, something that's uncontrollable.  Having a meal an hour before using can help, but don't eat too soon before using, because getting sick would be awful.  Since you're not a heavy/daily user, it's partially because you don't have much of a tolerance (which you don't want, anyways.), and are experiencing normal side-effects of opiates.  As for why it's not consistent, it could be because of the varying durations between uses.
