It won't completely throw you for a tailspin but if you do it often it may. I occasionally smoked pot on lithium and Zyprexa for about a year with no side effects. I take lexapro which is an ssri for ocd and panic disorder, and i smoke weed everyday. I've smoked while on zoloft and also wellbutrin.
