I can't go on rides alone unless I am with a friend or someone I know. I can't ask someone for help at a store. I barely even want to tell the teacher to explain what they just said. For example a party, I see a crowd full of people and guys I like I'm so scare to go get my food. I ask someone to get it for me. I don't dare to talk to members of my cell group of three years and when I do I can't look them in the eyes. Sometimes I can't even find the voice to speak and all I do is nod or shake my head or shrug. There's about 2 people at school that I can have almost have a proper conversation with, but I have difficulty being myself with anyone anyway and I don't talk to them much. ... It gets annoying sometimes but I try to deal with it the best I can. I'm also extremely introverted - which is probably synchronous with shyness - and only get angry/agitated when I'm around people for too long.
