Instead of scabbing, it's jsut, filled with dry blood i know that technically a scab is dry blood, but this is different. the cut isnt closed up, its still open, but areas of it are filled with black, dry blood. is this bad or is it normal?

It depends on how you got the cut, and the angle and stuff. And if you keep itching it or picking at it. That can make it do that.
