I don't think it would really be an eating disorder. But you certainly should eat more.

Why do you tend to eat only once a day?

I don't think it is. Maybe you're just not hungry.

No, you don't have an eating disorder, but you need to eat more.

your fine, check your BMI and judge whether you need to eat more or less, does your boyfriend think your fat? Check in at the doctor is you throwup when you eat.

not really an eating disorder.. bad eating habits, yes.. and if you get hungry, but force yourself not to eat...then it's not good at all

You should consult a doctor if you are throwing up after eating more than one meal.

It depends, are you not eating to loose weight? When you do eat and you go and purge your food then that could be starting to categorize you into and eating disorder. I've been threw it and know exactly where your coming from, but I'm here to tell you to stop it while you can. Once you start and keep on then its really, really hard to stop! I'm probably on my way into an eating disorder clinic soon and I swear that's the last place I want to go! You need to stop this while you can, ok! If you have anyone you can talk to a therapist, family, close friend, you need to talk to someone about this. I'm seeing a therapist and she really is helping me. If you want to talk feel free to pm me anytime. Good Luck!

yeah, that's me. but did you have an "official" problem before?
-- Posted by xxpsychoxx285xx at 4:18 pm on Jan. 1, 2009
technically it's not an eating disorder but it's not healthy. lately i've only been eating about one meal a day...i've done it before and the results aren't fun.

If you're purposely under-eating - which you are - then you have an eating disorder. Congrats! If you feel hungry throughout the day and could eat if you wanted to, then your problem is mental and you should consult a specialised counsellor. If you're not hungry and couldn't stomach any more food that you're currently consuming, it could be physical and you should consult a medical physician.

No. You are just a picky eater.

see im the same way. i eat but only if i have to. and only a lttle bit. my friends get on to me and get VERY mad at me but my grandparents and what not are so happy im losing weight so i dont know what to do

If you are purposely eating less than you are supposed to, then it could be classified as an eating disorder but it isn't one until it is out of hand. If you are throwing up after eating well, then you need to see a doctor because that is not supposed to happen... even if you overeat!
