Hat
Coat (heavy)

Long sleeve shirt
Pants
Socks and sneakers, or any other shoe.

go all out, mittens, gloves, then long underwear, jeans, snow pants, then like a sweater a wind breaker and a snow jacket, also wear 4x of socks and boots and for ur head, i reccommend like 2 beanies and a scarf and glasses. that should keep ya from getting hypothermia

but you should wear a winter coat, warm pants, socks, shoes that can be used for walking in snow/slush, scarf, gloves, and a sweatshirt/long sleeve shirt. you may want a hat too
