I have never heard of anybody saying you can, it would make no sense, because you would be pretty much having the baby Periods can become irregular because of stress, a change in diet and other little things. I would just wait it out, see how it goes. You might have an irregular cycle, who knows. I wouldn't worry about it if I were you. You are a guy and quite ignorant.   Yes, you can on RARE CASES get your period while being pregnant. It's rare, but it happens. Sometimes women spot also.   To the OP: your period is just irregular. Just to be safe, if you can wait one week after your missed period, most home pregnancy tests will give you an accurate answer. And if you lost that, the pregnancy would end. You can however have menstrual-like bleeding while pregnant, and you can have a period twice in one month.
