so when you feel like you're zoning out, things start getting fuzzy, thoughts begin racing, you painfully "hyper", you feel like you can conquer the world and you can't focus on anything...or you feel like you might be dissociating, what do you do to get out of it? i will usually be okay...start zoning out, and then next thing i know i feel like i'm invicible. i don't know how to counter it...healthily anyway. i used to cut to bring myself back to reality but i'm working hard not to do that anymore. any suggestions, thoughts, or words of wisdom?

i zone out when i look at my medicine its like whoa i have to take that and then i do and then i pick up my pen and draw stuff

I do? No..YOU do. When I zone out it's from Day dreaming. What you're describing is how I feel after pulling an all-nighter. Not from Zoning out. To counter: sleep

Sounds like your Bipolar or something. Idk talk to your doctor. Maybe they can help.

i'm not on drugs...i can guarantee that one. and i've been getting enough sleep.
