NO NO NO!  Taking Triple Cs for the sake of a dextromethorphan high is dangerous because DXM is not the only active ingredient in the pill.  It also contains chlorphenamine maleate and guaifenesin.  Guaifenesin will cause nausea and projectile vomiting; CM will make your stomach and anus bleed and you'd likely end up in the hospital.
