So for the past 3 weeks I've been doing this exercise video everyday for 1 hour- it consists mostly of squats/lunges, and stuff that targets the butt and thighs. While I was doing it a few nights ago, my left knee start making clicking noises. I toned down the exercise, and the next morning, that knee felt like jello. I haven't worked out in the past 2 nights, and tonight I tried it again, but if I went to do squats, I can only do them with my weight on my right knee, otherwise my left one will still make a weird sound. I don't want to lose my *minimal* muscle mass, and I don't know how to maintain the strength in my legs and butt without hurting my knee or making it worse. Any suggestions? Should I stop doing squats/lunges for a while, or is this not even an injury? thanks.

I'm not sure it's an injury if you're up for a bit of a risk, try to exercise again tonight. if it's jello again in the morning, somethings up.
