My nose has always acted up funny, it's constantly blocked so im wondering if i have any sinus problems. What exactly does an MRI show? Since i went for "headaches" would they only scan my BRAIN or my entire head to neck including sinuses? They use it in radiology mostly, to show detailed structures of the body, anywhere from the leg joints to the brain. It's a big machine and you lay on a board that slowly moves you inside of it, it's like a large tube thing.
