Yeah that would be helpful. I mean what sort of scale are we looking at, and what area. Do you mean the actual infrastructure so switches, hubs, cabling, or on the server end, actually the hardware required, hard drives, etc, or on the software side. Is this for a small company, 10 people, or larger like 100-200? What does it include? Any specific requirements?

Why don't you just do it on a simple file sharing server, for like a high school? If that's what you're asking about anyway...

How about setting up a host server with VMWare or Virtual Server on it and then from there, setting up a small business suite. Such as, VOIP PBX, web server, domain controller, file server and maybe a terminal server? I do that shit at work and that takes some time.
