Sidney Crosby got like 19 minutes of penalties following a fight. It was like a fighting penalty, an instigator penalty, and a roughing penalty, maybe more. Is this a record? If not, what is the record for consecutive penalty minutes? Sorry if I'm wrong on the penalties

In 1979, Randy Holt had 67 minutes in one game. I looked it up, because I knew it had to be more than that. Silly Sidney Crosby.

Loads of fighting, starting less than 5 minutes into the game. Tons of penalties, including a triple game misconduct, I guess. Thats what Wikipedia tells me.

In 395 NHL games: 4 goals, 37 assists, 1,438 penalty minutes. Now that is something to be proud of right there.

that's true but i think crosby edges ovechkin in the talent department with everything he brings to the table. he just needs to adjust his attitude and he'll be the real deal.

You see, I think Ovechkin has the skill advantage merely becausehe plays a physical game, which Crosby doesn't.
