can you over work out? like i do 3 miles at the ymca after school...if i did 3 before school would that over do it? i just heard you can over do that kind of stuff...just wondering...

I'd work on a mile, and then working up to 3.

I work out 3 or 4 times a week. Whenever it's convenient!

Yes, you can over work out. I'm far from an expert... but I do know that you can over work out. You can also work out so much that it doesn't give your muscle enough time to rebuild after a workout.
