I let myself be depressed in front of my boyfriend and cry cause I knew he would care and nobody else would care so I vented all of my depression in front of him instead of keeping it inside myself or telling my shrink {not that I didn't tell my shrink} because I knew he'd care instead of get mad at me like my dad.

Good thing. Men are great with that sort of stuff.

no, if he really cares about you he should be supportive, and you should be able to tell him everything.

I think it would be kind of akward for your boyfriend, but if he truly loves you, he'll try to understand that sometimes your not perfect.

You did the right thing.

No that's not bad. If you're sad be sad, he'll want to be there for you and will probably notice if you're holding something in anyway.

If this changes the way he feels about you he is 100% not worth it. You can't be happy and problem free all the time, and if that is what he wants, he can date a robot.
