If you think like that then no, the only way to get a chick to like you is to be friends with them for a long time say you like them and when they say they don't find another chick to make her jealous other wise no, she wont like you.

honestly, that is a loaded question: If by "doesn't like you" you mean: You give off a creepy stalker vibe to her, then I would say absolutly not. If you constantly bug her/ask her out despite her expressing a dislike of you. Absolutely not. However, if you mean, you asked she said no, and you left it at that. Maybe.
