I have to get up in 3 hours and I still haven't fallen asleep. Went to bed 4 hours ago and here I am. So I am eating Cheez-its and am on livewire. I start thinking about tons of things and then the thing that got me was thinking about cupcakes and how I wanted to eat them. Please, let me go to sleep

* Melatonin 3-6mg 1 to 2 hours before bed should do it, If not, take 1000-2000mg of Valerian with it.
