On a CD-RW you just delete what is on it currently and write over it.

Buy a USB. Sooo much easier.
I never actually knew how to use RW-CD.

Like you would a normal CD. Except there's an option to erase the content on it. You can do it using something like Nero Burning ROM, or even Windows Explorer.
