Okay, so I'm posting this for my friend.

Pretty much, when she opens Firefox is crashes immediately and a message comes up saying it has to close due to an error (the normal message with the error report button thing).
I have looked on Google for her and copied some stuff to her to help, but none of it has worked.

Any help?

Try getting newest version

1. Remove/Disable extentions
2. Reinstall

open it in safe mode and then disable the most recent add-on that was installed?

Safe mode wouldn't open.
