Here's the concept. It functions mostly as a bakery, with different kinds of breads, pastries, cookies, etc, all made from scratch. Those products are sold all day. People could also come in in the morning to get coffee and a pastry, and we'd also serve lunch, sandwiches/wraps, soups, salads, maybe pizza, burritos, that kind of thing.
