During the second week of December 2008, I helped one of my friends book a flight to come visit me and party with me and my buddies for New Years Eve and New Years Day. She just moved from the midwest to the pacific coast state. Well, we talked before hand about hanging out during summer but I had other plans i.e. joining the military service, finishing nursing degree etc. and my dad was coming as well.   I told her to talk to her mom about it and she said she told me her mom was fine with it. Well, my friend and I went to help pick her up... Guess what? I GOT FUCKING ARRESTED BECAUSE I CONTACTED A MINOR... and the police put "INTENDED SEX"   Seriously. WHAT THE FUCK. I don't know what my friend was thinking.... the investigator told my sister that my friend was running away and I was kidnapping her. I spent few days in a county jail... Honestly though I would not blame the police because they are only doing what they are told based on the evidence they are given. If everything is as you said it was then they wont have enough evidence to charge you with anything.
