He made a topic about valium in the drug forum, i replied and then was sent a solicitation message from him, trying to sell me valium via the internet. We spoke in AIM, and he was completely serious, and showed me his account on an underground drug trafficing site (need referal to join, not indexed by any searches, first rule of fight club is you dont talk about fight club kinda shit) and offered to send a sample (the product was soposodly pure powder, which you can only get in mexico or from a super qualified pharmacist so a sample to show the purity he said would be necesary) I documented and reported all and the moderator who handled it gave him a warning.  This guy could send a little kid on here a dose of valium (a powerful benzodiazapine) which is strong enough to make the 90 lb kid black out for 5 hours, basically having no conscious thought about anything but still doing stuff and not being able to remember any of it) The mod who saw it only issued him a warning. This could literally destroy a kids life. I don't think there is a choice to be made here.  We can't be hosting an online drug exchange.  There are serious moral issues here.  It would be wrong to allow this to keep happening. Valium is a benzodiazapine.  A strong enough dose of ANY benzodiazapine can have people unwillingly walking off bridges, falling on impaling objects, if guns are around i don't even want to think of the possibilities. This system is complete crap, no offense.  Due process means giving a fair trial and appeal opportunities and a lawyer if you cant afford one etc.  It DOES NOT mean that the defendant in every case should be given the same sentence.  A traffic offense deserves a warning the first two times.  A murder deserves life. I don't care if you have due process policies.  Give me one reason, other than a policy that was meant to control misbehavior and not drug dealing, that this member should be allowed to stay on LW -- Posted by Anonymous at 10:21 pm on Jan. 8, 2009 Also, the active levels of this chemical are so small that unless they had a scale that goes to 1/10,000 of a gram (Something all 10 year olds have) they could not take an accurate dose, and with such minute doses being the norm, chances are they would take way too much rather than too little.  The powder the same size as a crushed small pill would be in the lethal/serious brain issue range -- Posted by roflfuckyou at 10:58 pm on Jan. 8, 2009 Actually. I seriously hope that if this issue happens again with the member that he is banned, permanently. Hosting and allowing drug dealing on LiveWire is something I don't think David would approve of, at all. It's kind of a dual-pronged problem, because the member is not only putting LiveWire at a liability for potentially being a mule for drug dealing, as well as compromising the safety of our members by giving them potential access to drugs which could easily harm them. Don't mean to sound parental, or moddish (since I gave that up) but an informal is a bit weak. I'll think that it's a fine decision that he is given another chance, but any more than 2 and I think this member would pose a serious threat to what you coin the primary concern, and other concerns, such as the members. -- Posted by audrey820 at 9:17 pm on Jan. 9, 2009 Come mod again, please.
