Safari and/or Firefox.  That's about the only application I consistently use on mine.  Also there's the Itunes, aim, Iphoto.  There's a couple video and othe rmusic applications as well, but I don't really use those, personally.

Im tripple booting with XP and Windows 7. For some reason though, I like OSX. Dont mock it till you seriously try it.
