Safari and/or Firefox. That's about the only application I consistently use on mine. Also there's the Itunes, aim, Iphoto. There's a couple video and othe rmusic applications as well, but I don't really use those, personally.

Adium, AppCleaner, Gimp, Handbrake, iSquint, VLC. and guess what, all of it is for free!
