So last night I posted how my mom practically woke me up at 1 o'clock in the morning to ask me to take out the trash. It gets worse. I have a bank account, and along with that I have a credit card that I use only to buy gas when I need it. It comes out of the money from my bank account, but since I am not always up at college all the time and cannot always get to my mailbox in time (example: this Christmas break), she takes care of the bill. Last time she got the bill, she LOST IT! She had to call in and get it fixed, and I couldn't buy gas with my credit card until that was all fixed. Tonight, I went to buy gas to prepare for the three-hour drive back, and my credit card was being rejected. Guess what? She lostYET ANOTHER BILL, and her excuse was "I'm stressed out and I don't know what your bills look like!" God. Fucking. Damn. It. She is going to majorly fuck up my credit, and it's not even my fault. I need to just start having them send the bill directly to me. At least I would be fucking responsible with it. FUCK! 2 days before I head back up...

Sounds like a reasonable idea. I'll have to look into that.

If she is saying she is stressed, it is possible that she really is. To be fair though... it is YOUR bill, and YOUR credit. If you can't pay YOUR bill on the credit card it is YOUR responsibility to cancel it.

I have the finances to, and up until now I have always payed my own bill. But with this being my first year in college, we haven't figured out how to make sure the bill always gets to me in time. We tried the whole sending it up to college thing, but they seemed confused about the fact that I changed the address and sent the bill late, resulting in my calling them in order to get it straightened out. And like I said before, there are certain times where if they send it to my dorm, I won't be able to get to it. It's really not that complicated. I maybe spend 30 bucks on that credit card every other month. Paying that bill CANNOT be too complicated. This is only a temporary thing, and with the two bills she has received (Read: TWO!) she has screwed up on BOTH of them. This was her idea in the first place, and even though I was reluctant to do it, she promised me it would be alright. She's obviously broken that promise.

Yeah, I pay my credit card bill online. It's accessible 24 hours a day and impossible to lose. It's worth looking into. ...and read your messages, Stellar.
