I don't know what drives me to do it, My mental image in my head is that I'm fat, People tell me I am not not but I still see a fat body =/ I suffered from anorexia and making myself throw up many years ago when my parents divorced. I felt in control when I did this to myself. I did have counselling but it didnt work well.... I really do this advice on this topic. I made myself throw up today and I don't want to go back to that terrible time of my life

Well all I can say is that you cannot let you slip back into having eating disorders. It might and most likely will, damage your body permanently. I think you should talk with somebody your trust, weather it's friends and family. If that doesn't help then I guess professional help...

Non of this professional help BS. :) Hi *hug* Hun nobody cares if you are fat and im certain you arnt, and for the people that DO think you are fat (even yourself) what the hell do you wanna be impressing someone so ignorant like that for? Be yourself, try to enjoy life, eat healthy, break fast lunch and dinner, and snacks in between, dont skip meals. And by the way puking makes your mouth iky :[ ENJOY YOURSELF (sorry Its not professional, I dont believe in the "when you were a child" therapy shit. )

um I heard that um taking a marker and going with it around your figure while pressing yourself to a poster or a wall helps, then you really can see your structure properly and realize that you are not fat.. try it.
