When i open my msn, it's okay, i sign in and just as it signs in it comes up saying "not responding, close programme, check online for a solution" but nothing seems to work to fix it. what can i do? D: (not lucy btw, it's her sister. )

Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs -> MSN -> Uninstall Then re-download it.

I only get System an maintenance, security, network and Internet, hardware and sound, programs, mobile PC, user accounts and family safety, appearance and personalization, clock language and region, ease of access , addition options.
