Its running Windows Vista, and I'm a complete noob to it.. Is there anyway to have it search for drivers for my hardware?

i don't think so. you'll have to look through the device manager to figure out what hardware you have and then download the drivers manually.

If you right click on it it will give you an option to search for updates

i don't think it actually looks online and checks the manufacturer's website. but it might.
