I don't think that's wrong at all; the age gap is only three years.  What I think is wrong are the people who arrested/fined/whatever the poor guy for doing what he did.  THOSE are the people who should be considered a threat and should be disposed of. Don't be afraid of him just for that; he's just a victim of unjust laws.  Anybody can be a sex offender nowadays; a good friend of mine back in Ohio was a sex offender who continued to engage in sex acts with high school and college boys (he asked if I wanted to engage in homosex, but I declined and he wasn't bothered by it) - not all sex offenders are evil people.  My friend never forced me or anybody else, but was still considered a sex offender despite the fact that all of this gay sex was consensual .
