Microsoft has completely and utterly failed in fixing my problem. FFFFFFUUUUUUUUUU Microsoft. Employ some people that actually want to get the problem fixed. I called 6 times to fix a simple problem and no one could help me. At one point the rep told me to ask a friend for help. WHY THE FUCK WOULD I ASK A FRIEND IF I HAVE TECH SUPPORT JESUS CHRIST. The list of reasons why I'm glad I own an Apple gets longer everyday. I wish Apple would have released a 360 emulator instead of the Macbook Pro 17" at Mac world, then I wouldn't have this problem. Fuck you Microsoft Tech Support, fuck you.

I have never heard of any decent Tech Support Ever. This is why I learned long ago not to rely on it. I only use Tech Support if I want a part from Warranty.

XBOX has so many problems it's unreal.
They don't even know what to do anymore.

That's one thing Microsoft definitely has problems with.

I have better luck searching my problems and doing what others do to fix it.

You havent given very much information, but you mentioned Apple i assume you are talking about a PC, and if you think that microsofts windows support is bad, try trying to resolve a problem with an xbox360. Heavy Indian accents makes communication difficult, confusing automated bullshit, and i swear they take smoking breaks when your on hold.

I actually just talked to a Microsoft tech support guy a few minutes ago. I had no problems.
