Currently, I don't have one, and am not immediately in danger of one. I'm at the high end of average weight, so definitely not too skinny. I personally think I'm fat, and would like to lose weight, but not enough to be underweight. Just about 15 pounds or so.
A few months ago, I started trying to count calories and exercise more, but that's more of a usual diet. Recently, I've been thinking about my weight more than ever, and I feel horrible whenever I eat something with more than 100 calories. Sometimes after a large meal, or when I'm home alone, I'll just go in my bathroom and stare at the toilet, even though I can't make myself throw-up.
I just ate Doritos and I feel so guilty.

I know how you feel.  =/

Yeah, that's an unhealthy attitude towards food and your body.

dont feel guilty, just excercise to work it off.

If you don't eat shitty foods you won't feel guilty about eating them.

I suggest you talk to a therapist. Even though you are not physically in danger of having an eating disorder, your mentality towards yourself and your body is not healthy and I think that you could head down that road at some point.

Talk to someone.

It's not even just crappy foods. I feel bad about eating any food with too many calories.

Don't feel bad.

And if you want to loose weight, eat whatever you like but exercise it off.

In order to get back on the healthy track, you need to lose the obsession. food is not the enemy, you cant let yourself feel that way whenever you allow yourself to binge a little bit.Know that while its important to stick to a healthy diet its OKAY to snack and binge now and again. throwing up will lead to more obsessive behavior and development of dangerous disorders and habits, so dont even consider it

You definately need to keep an eye on that and be careful. It doesnt matter how much you weight that indicates if you have an eating disorder, but the attitudes you have towards your weight, food, and also the means you are willing to go to in order to lose that weight. If you want to lose weight healthily consult your doctor, or even a dietitian who can help you plan out a sensible diet.

It doesn't sound like you have an eating disorder, but it seems to be getting there. However, you need to watch out. As you may know, an eating disorder hurts you physically and mentally.

By starving yourself, you don't give your body all the nutrition you need. Also, when you do not eat enough food, your body begins to store fat and your metabolism starts to slow down. Your body does this in order to survive. Many times, people accidentally starve themselves to death in order to lose weight.

It may be hard, but if you want to lose weight, eat healthy (i.e., cutting out junk food and sugary foods/drinks) and exercise. Instead of being driven to and from school, try walking or riding your bike (if you have one) to burn off a few calories. Eat foods with fiber in it, such as fruits and vegetables. Also, try eating more pasta and some hot food (hot food temporary speeds your metabolism up). Also, if you want to take in less calories, eat half a grape fruit before dinner (because of the size, you'll eat less food later and take in less calories). Also, try having your biggest meal in the morning, with your smallest meal at night (if you're most active during the day).

Try doing some exercise at home or try joining a gym close by.  You can also try going to a nutritionist who would be able to help you more than I could.  If you're problem gets any worse, I suggest you tell your parents, a close friend or family member about it.  While it may seem completely okay with in the beginning, an eating disorder is an extremely hard thing to overcome alone.  I strongly suggest trying to talk to a professional if it gets worse.

If you still feel like you can't talk to anything, you can always PM, and I'll try to help as much as I can.

To be honest, I was the EXACT same way as you. And after awhile, I ended up being able to purge...and my case developed into bulimia/anorexia. You should inform your parents on what is going on and ask them to help you lose weight in a healthy way. If you need any fruther help, feel free to message me!
