I get that a lot.  It's happened on more than one occasion that someone will come up to me and start speaking Hindi, and I have to explain that I'm Mexican and have no idea what they are saying. Egyptians are mixed though. Egyptians are typically a South Medish and Arabid blend - sometimes with Nilotid mixture too.
