I have a serious issue with this.
Mostly junk food.
When I have a large quantity of something (such as a bag of chips) I just eat almost the whole thing without even realizing it.
I've tried portion control. I'll pour some into a bowl, but when that's gone I just get more.
What are some ways I can control this?

Buy the smaller portions such as the smaller little bags of chips instead of a big bag.

Amphetimines

You can get ritilan or adderal very easily from any high school

You could always drink more.
If you drink more water than you eat, it fills your stomach up, so you don't really feel like eating any more.
I've done this, and it helps, and no, coke isn't going to do the trick. Water is the best, definitely not gas drinks, and soft drinks are ok too. As long as you drink more than you eat, it will be much easier to control your portions. That's something that will help.
But if you seriously want to stop eating junk food, and possibly gaining weight, I suggest this:
Don't buy any junk food for your home. Buy natural things, fruits, vegetables, and other healthy stuff, and soon you'll find that you CAN live without this trash food. Also, make it a habit to only go to a fast-food restaurant about once a week.
Oh, and another trick: If you feel REALLY hungry, make yourself a nice salad, with tomatoes, lettuce, and other goodies, topping it off with some (not much) dressing. Then, if you were thinking of eating something less healthy, it will be easier to have a small portion of something you really like after the salad, if you really want it.
If you, for example, really like chocolate, and you want it right then, then have it, but only some. If you have an apple instead, you'll think it's not enough, and then you'll have some biscuits, and then you'll have some cake, and in the end, you'll have the chocolate anyway. So if you want it, eat it, but in small quantities.
Now if you just eat all the time, even though it's healthy, it's not going to make you any slimmer, you have to exercise:
I suggest going for a 20 minute walk, at least every two days, but the recommended is every day, and if you're busy, you can do it early morning, or even late after work/school.

If you follow all of these steps, you'll definitely get out of the habit of stopping regularly at fast-food restaurants, and, with good discipline, you'll even be able to lose some weight.
Yes, maybe you don't even want to lose weight, because all you asked is how to control how much you eat, but you'll find that this will greatly help too.
Trust me, I have the same problem, and I followed these things too, and I'm managing to keep my current weight, which is cool.

I hope this helps!

Eat raw pasta.

don't do that it's bad for your teeth.

I'd say buy small packs of food or buy food that increases your metabolic rate-that way it doesn't matter if you eat more of that (eg. celery..google more)
