Alzheimer's disease is still a physical problem (usually caused by the physical aging of the body - probably due to less effective immune system). When someone "loses" their mind or has a mental disorder, it is STILL a physical problem. I dont mean grey hair old, i mean people going into their thirties, or even leaving their teens.
