How can you risk your health just for a sport?

Don't wrestle. Just have sex.

I'm bulimic and my boyfriend is a wrestler who has to ALWAYS cut back, so i definitely can realte to what ur going through. I think its terrible that wrestling stresses so much on losing weight because this is what it results to, athletes turning to eating disorders. Its not a thing you can handle on your own, and I know since your a guy its probably harder to admit. But there was a guy who was in the program i was in before i was there, but i heard a lo about him and he lost too much weight because of football and it was amazing how much anger he held in. But the only way to get control is to ask for help and try and go up a weight class. if u need anyone to talk to u can pm me

As a wrestler, you must be able to control your weight, meaning that you must be able to control your appetite. And you can't considering you overeat and then throw it up. That is not good. You are damaging your body so bad, you will have irreversible effects. You made the choice to destroy your body. And you are the only one who reverse this. So think twice about it.
