I'm really skinny for my height.. i'm 6'2 and weigh 168 pounds.. starting monday im planning on eating a lot of protein.. like around 250 grams per day.. and work out 3-4 times a week (weight training).. if i keep this up for another 16 weeks.. how much weight will i gain?

why don't you do it, stand on a scale, then tell us? how the fuck are we supposed to know. everybody is different. everybody's workout routine is different. it depends on so much.

that honestly seems like waaaayyy too much protein...I'd drastically moderate it and as you get bigger increase the amount you consume

your body wont be able to absorb 250 grams of protien a day. it can barley absorb 50. youd be wasting 200 grams or protien a day.

yo if you want to gain serious muscle weight or bulk fast for a sport i really suggest just eating peanut butter sandwhiches, and high protien meals such as fish. i did this to get ready for football season. went from 170ish to about 210 before season started. started lifting in about feb and made it to 210 around end of july. but i was really dedicated to it so it really depends on how hard you work best of luck and dont work to hard man
