Obviously, skinny jeans are an in style fashion at the moment. Like any style, people will try to pull it off who really can't and shouldn't try to. This isn't a diss to them, it's more of an assertion or opinion.

Guys:
There are some who can actually pull it off. If you're really skinny all around, then sure, go for it. I personally am a little weirded out when your jeans are skinnier than a girl's though, especially when you're right next to her. If you're an average sized guy, it's better to stick to bootcut or something, skinny is too much. In fact, anyone average sized to bigger, stay away from skinny jeans. Unlike many women's bodies, your torso doesn't curve inwards to balance out the look. Instead, your torso stays pretty much the same size and the skinny jeans make your legs look extra skinny and stand out. You don't want to look like Spongebob. And finally, if you try to wear skinny jeans, don't sag it.

Girls:
If you're on the skinnier or taller side, that's fine. If you're not, please don't sacrifice what looks good on you just to try to fit in...literally, fit in. If you're normal sized, skinny jeans could actually make your body look fatter, so look out. Also, stay away from skinny guys in really skinny jeans. They could make you look fat compared to them too.

Just thoughts.

Read every one of them.  One that I think you missed, is when people repeat an item on a list.  (Hint Hint)

I have no energy whatsoever to type. At all. Whatever. This is what I just wrote in my blog:

I don't know why I don't just clean up my room and do the laundry already. I know how much better I'll feel. Mom says it's procrastination... but I don't really think so. Actually, you know what? I don't think I've EVER procrastinated. After all these years of it being my "main problem" I've realized it isn't really the issue. I'm not putting things off because I don't feel like it, I'm just so miserable and sad... I barely have energy to lift my own arms above my head, you know? And cleaning up my room is just such a huge task.. and I'm just overwhelmed by all of my feelings right now. I hope I work everything out before the school year, because I know how hard the day is for me without these feelings. I know it'll never happen though... gah, it's hopeless.

I can't be very verbose right now, sorry. =/

Hello there

Many of those who have mental disorders were excessively happy childs and when they fall in mental prison, the journey of torture starts, some people suffer from Social anxiety first, then after few years and as result of Social anxiety, they fall in deep depression and some even suffer from OCD after suffering from those both mental prisons.

Causes

Scientists say that Serotonin level in depressed people brains is less that of Happy people

Genetic causes

Solutions

Some use medications which sometimes help and sometimes make situations worse with exhausting side effects

Some use Cogntive Behaviour Therapy which can help in the long term but many but it is not effective so much, it only decreases exhaustion, depression and stress but it doesn't make you happy, it is possible that some got away from mental prisons by CBT but I think most still have chains on their body.

For Social anxiety

Postive self talk works in the long term
Gradual exposure to delusional fears works in the long term if done continously
nurturing self esteem helps a lot

For Depression

Excerise helps a lot
Going out
Travelling
Learning something you like to keep your mind busy and off yourself.
being postive and optimistic
venting
discipling yourself

It is better to improve the mental condition, maybe improvement after improvement can lead to the biggest improvement.

Thanks

were you diagnosed by a professional? cause untill then you dont have shit

Yes. Though he didn't do anything special. I was the one who brought all the symptoms to the table, and he was the one who wrote the prescription for d-amphetamine.

The adult patient with undiagnosed AD/HD is usually the one who recognizes the disorder first.

I thought this type of thing is fairly common?

What about your alter ego bothers you, do you become obnoxious and horrible?

if not, i wouldn't worry really.

lol that was the best logic ever at the end...rofl
