Probably if someone were to punch a girl really hard in the nipple area. -- Posted by tyne at 7:01 pm on May 30, 2009 um it clearly depends on how your hit, my brother has kneed me and full fledge round house punched me in the boob, and i almost cried (he's 10 and i'm 19), it took me a few minutes to catch my breath and keep from falling, and as i type this it still hurts
