Lw has no search system that searches users via email or other criteria so he won't be able to find you. Second, if he does make an account, if he doesn't know you're username, then you're good also.  Unless you have pics up and he can recognize you.  But you can just make your IB private, or remove the pics. Third, if he does know your account name, then you can go back and make your topics about him anon, and from now on either make any topics about him anon, or have a side-account for those special topics. Fourth, even if he sees them and knows about them and that they're from you, he might not know they're about him. Fifth, if he knows it all, then just say 'fuck it' and work out the situation that you talk about in your posts with him.  You never know, it could be the starter to help propel the situation in your favor.
