I am Primaria of a residence at university, and i have so much to do, juggling my academics, social life, relationship and of course all my leadership responsibilities.

I literally sleep an hour a day... i am losing it

Maybe you should only have a social life every other weekend. Take some as time to rest.

welcome to collegE?

you should leave 1-2hours before sleep for resting your mind, like doing something light, not being on the computer or TV, not working on anything, just chilling out.

But if this problem has been going on for a while, and you can't sleep, then you may have insomnia (from stress or other causes), its worth doing some research about it, try a sleeping pill, or talk to a doctor about it

"college" means university in america.

If you aren't exaggerating about 1hr/night it can fuck you up a bit if you keep it up.

You should probably lighten your load, unless you want to try avoiding a breakdown

ok, terminology difference... trust me i am not exaggerating. It's 01h27 now, I need to be up at 05h00. and i haven't slept yet, not even remotely tired yet.

i find that being on the computer at 1am makes me all buzzed and weird and unable to sleep. maybe you should actually try to sleep, instead of talk about it, because your system must be a bit strained and out of it if you've been sleeping so little. it's just high and energetic from the wrong sources, like a caffeine buzz or something, its inadequate and i think you can tell that its fucking you up in the daytime.

it sounds like you just wanna talk about your huge load of obligations instead of actually try to sleep and look after yourself.

Also, bright lights send chemicals into the brain keeping you awake.

Staying on the computer is one of the worst things you could do when trying to go to sleep.

I solve my workload problem by taking Tylenol PM, a melatonin tablet, and sitting in a completely dark room for about 20 minutes. Its relaxing, and it makes me very sleepy. Maybe you should try it sometime.
