It was almost graduation before I received my acceptance letter from one of the colleges I sent applications to. By then I had already sent back an acceptance to another school to attend. It's not necessarily a bad thing, but a back-up in hand is probably a good idea. ALthough I got my acceptance letters really fast, I know of people who got them REALLY late.
