Automatic assumptions by the majority that someone is trolling or attention seeking I know people who have been accused of trolling or attention seeking when they genuinely have a serious problem, this is a support forum, people shouldn't have to be forced into posting anon in the serious forum because they know that if they post under their name people won't take them seriously.
